Store Policies
ORDER VALIDATION AND ACCEPTANCE When you place an order through the C.R.I.S. Store, we may verify your method of payment and shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the C.R.I.S. Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. C.R.I.S. may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by C.R.I.S. until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
QUANTITY LIMITATIONS
C.R.I.S. may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. C.R.I.S. may reject any order, or any part of an order. C.R.I.S. may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers via the C.R.I.S. Store.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any product purchased through the C.R.I.S. Store within thirty (30) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and packaged in its original packaging materials. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement part. |
